Review

This review applies to version 2.6 The latest version of this software will soon be reviewed by our informers.

What is “Supple” about? Well, you can say that it’s about life. Supple is an episodic game, very much like a reality TV show, but in which you control the star of the show. The game is all about relationships, shopping, money and getting ahead at work.
You’ll be representing Arin Costello, who is the star of the show. You’ll totally control her actions. For example, you’ll decide whether she will work or chat or buy new clothes. You’ll decide if it’s time for her to get a drink, or maybe have a latte and lunch. But Arin has her own feelings about it all. You’ll see her feelings in the meters on the bottom part of the screen.
When the game starts, it’s Monday morning and your immediate goal is to help Arin to get to the end of the day with her Game Performance Meter in the green.
When you first enter the game, you’ll see the welcome screen, where the following options are shown:
- New game: this is one of the two modes available for playing the game. This option start a totally new game
- Load game: this is the other mode for playing. In case you have a game ongoing, with this option you can load it and continue that game.
- Sound: this is the menu from which you can set some game options, like sound volume, music volume, and voice volume.
- Credits and Exit: no further explanation required.
- Help: it leads you to a cards-styled help.
- Configure: to set up some options about the displaying device and resolution.
You can try this game for 60 minutes before you buy the licensed version. If you like it, you can buy this game for only 19.95 dollars, right from the Oberon Media Game Center, on the Web.
